On January 20th, President Trump will be our President with “new,” different people in various positions; thus a “new administration.”

If Flynn proves to be part of Q, and become VP, then I believe we will all be celebrating.
Why would POTUS concede when nothing’s been declassified yet? I don’t know. It doesn’t make sense.

His words didn’t sound like a confession to me.
The words “first term” are only one of the clues.
And by sounding low key and so on he is tricking the enemy. As you noted, they are not jubilant or hooraying.
