Yes, that makes sense. Especially since he said the Supreme Court Justices cave because they were seen as puppets of trump and they wanted to prove otherwise.

"Does it sound to you all....that POTUS is simply asking VP to send these fraudulent results back to the states? For recertifications? Am I missing something?" I think that is the plan - to send the fraudulent results back to the state legislatures. Under the Constitution, state legislatures are the ones who appoint the electors for the electoral college.
