Bannon is most likely biding his time to the right time to bring up Q on his show.

It would not surprise me to learn White Hats identified a few major Black Hats they thought they had the best chance of scaring into taking a deal and directing them how to direct their fellow Black Hats into digging a bigger hole.
I think some of this stuff we are seeing along the lines of Lin Wood tweeting about Pence and Meadows being traitors feeds into that— they help the deal-taking Black Hats convince their Black Hat brethren singled out for self destruction to do even more incriminating things by saying to them, “Don’t worry guy, Mike Pence is with us. He’s going to help us take Trump down.”
