“So I would ask the same question, not whether we will get mandatory vaxx by govt, but even across many fields of employment.”

Companies have every right to impose work conditions they believe will keep their workers healthy and avoid costly litigation. Workers who don’t like it can change jobs. Freedom includes freedom for employers to set employment conditions for people they hire.

I spent most of my adult life in the military. I was vaccinated for a lot of weird stuff I didn’t want, but they didn’t ask me.

The fly in the ointment here is that those work conditions cannot be imposed outside of the owrk environment as a requirement of employment.

While I can be fired for not wearing hearing protection while operating a lawn mower for my employer, my employer cannot require I wear hearing protection while mowing my front lawn at home.

A mandatory vaxx reaches beyond that curtain to the personal risk environment.

It will be sticky.

Employers do not get to determine the state of an empoloyee’s base level immunity nor dictate health care, any more than they can pick my wife or tell me what to eat. Else we need to modify the laws to give me the right to sue my employer for vaccine injury, if vaccination is a condition of employment.

In other words, you support mandatory vaccination.

As to the military, exemptions are available there as well.

‘Freedom includes freedom for employers to set employment conditions for people they hire.’

what is your position on an employer requiring employees to not smoke nor imbibe certain liquors in the privacy of their own homes, on the grounds that health concerns in the future may compromise their productivity...?
