:: Companies have every right to impose work conditions they believe will keep their workers healthy and avoid costly litigation. ::

The fly in the ointment here is that those work conditions cannot be imposed outside of the owrk environment as a requirement of employment.

While I can be fired for not wearing hearing protection while operating a lawn mower for my employer, my employer cannot require I wear hearing protection while mowing my front lawn at home.

A mandatory vaxx reaches beyond that curtain to the personal risk environment.

It will be sticky.

Then there are those who work from home...why would THEY need a mandatory vaccine?

Not familiar with the law, eh? If a vet is going to work with animals who might have anthrax, his employer has every right to require him to get an anthrax vaccination as a condition for work. Don’t want it? Don’t take the job.
