Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

It still puzzles me why such a public action, which had to include secret service participation. The messages given could have been handed over very covertly, but this was done very publicly. The only reason I can think of is this was to publicly mark the individuals.

I agree it was to publicly mark them. I think it served a number of purposes - in a way, it’s a visual Q proof. We’d been reading drops but this was visual proof that those dropping (Q) had agency in the real world.
With Pence, it didn’t require any drop content. I guess it also indicated to us, the impatient, their day of justice will come.
A situation has been created that if these certain bad actors try to censor something, that is an indicator that it’s probably true. And people know it. Else how did the President get 80 million (actual) votes?

If you are referring to Ezra Cohen-Watnick’s recent appointment to the position of apporving declassified info (or something of that nature) I didn’t see any removal of his current DoD position. Looked to me that he will be doing both. Do you have some other source that he was actually taken out of his position of being in charge of all civ. Spec Ops?

Trump did no sucha thing, in fact quite the opposite. Pence could have 'mirrored' Trump's statement, but he did not.

Perhaps I made a mistake in this regard? I thought the new appointment was a change in role/assignment - moving to the next phase of the operation.
