Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

From all I’m reading-seeing, I believe you may have a solid theory here. I’ve been leaning in this direction ever since I first read Dyers second piece.
There had been statements by others that Pence would have a role to play on December 23 in “receiving” the electoral college results. I think Ivan Raiklen was one of the most prominent who had tweeted and talked about Pence’s role. Also, I think Lin Wood may have retweeted this and emphasized this action. A number on FR thought this would be a defining moment for Pence....

This logic should rightly posit that Flynn is a BlackHat because Trump fired him.

This angle is a bit of good news for the day after Christmas. President Trump doesn’t seem very worried and might explain the long delay in some election court cases. Everything has already been determined and there is no rush to settle a disputed election before Jan 20. Remember Trump saying he would like to lose it all and see who stands with him. Looking back on that it looks like a reveal. There can be no Biden presidency because we have it all and if they show up for a fake inauguration its to the slammer. Can’t wait for big tech to get egg all over its face.
I did the math based on info from Wikipedia that said 1.4% of people in GA are named Smith. And also there are supposedly 7.6 million people registered to vote in GA. So with my math, there are potentially 106K voters named Smith. So I don’t see how his data works according to my calculations?
But I would suggest it is hard to believe that ALL of these voters voted in the recent election.
Pence seemed furious in the days following, and I do think he’s an angry person, but it seemed like his response would have been different had it been a direct threat (re: his own crimes).
So just guessing here, and adding to my guesses Q’s advice to “watch the wives.” IF Pence’s envelope exposed his wife’s actions, it might explain Pence’s demeanor after the funeral (he seemed to want to fight).

Regarding the envelopes...
It still puzzles me why such a public action, which had to include secret service participation. The messages given could have been handed over very covertly, but this was done very publicly. The only reason I can think of is this was to publicly mark the individuals. If so, was the public marking for white hats or black hats to see?
If for black hats, it could be a “be careful, were on to you”.but why telegraph that while still gathering the dark evidence?
If for the white hats, maybe a public notice, “be careful of your associating with these people, we’re closing in, so stay away, or come clean”?
International media covered it for the world to see. This was no accident that the message was given in such manner.
But to what gain?
