Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

The first thing interesting to note is the "delta". This Q drop was originally posted on Dec 15, 2019 - a one year delta from today. Next this drop (3689) has a "quote post" from another anon which was a screen shot of a tweet that shows a watch Q has posted in the past with the time at 1:29. The annotated part is someone saying look at these three important things that happened at 1:29 which is the same time of the watch Q posted.
Now we know why Dominion deleted “SolarWinds” from their website.
