Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

2018EO is being slow walked because apparently the report doesn’t demonstrate enough of a foreign interference in the election.

From my understanding the report was shown to the White House and was rejected by the person i mentioned yesterday for not having enough solid evidence.

It’s clear that the only way to destroy the rotten edificie is via military. We are being shown that judiciary, state governements and regulatory agencies are so rotten and weighted towards the corruption, and have been for so long, there is no “regular” way to fix this.

Foldspace posted recently a photo of Gen FLynn with quote that the DNI report was coming on the 18th.
Unless POTUS or head of one of the agencies that gets the report tells the public they have it, we won’t know.
The Sept.12 2018 EO says report has to be delivered 45 days after the election. Which is Dec.18.
