From my understanding the report was shown to the White House and was rejected by the person i mentioned yesterday for not having enough solid evidence.

By all means, keep bringing the evidence.
But don’t forget We the People have all the evidence we need to know China interfered in the election.
This critical point describes something vastly more powerful than any evidence suitable for the court, and is probably easy to forget about if you have your nose stuck in legal documents 24/7.
