Sadly, I suspect the jurors who have reversed their decision have been threatened into doing so.

22 years later — it is WAY past time for this killer to meet his end.

Brandon Bernard is set to become the latest federal inmate executed by President Donald Trump’s administration.
No bias here, nope none at all.

Too bad they don’t use the electric chair any more.
Who cares what the cucked former jurors think? Did this beast commit the murders? If so, it should have been exterminated like the cockroach it is years ago.
To: ransomnote
It was a pretty horrific crime, double homicide with no mitigating circumstances as I recall. Other than the normal liberal clap-trap about being 18 and a minority.

even though five of the surviving nine jurors who condemned him to death have changed their minds. So he outlived a quarter of his jury despite the fact that he is on death row.

His life expectancy was probably tripled at least by his incarceration and lengthy appeal period so he he almost certainly lived longer than he would have as a street thug. Shoot him up and send him on his way. Satan will be waiting for him.

This is on those jurors who falsely convicted him, if that is indeed what they did.
I don’t think they “falsely” convicted him.

The world will keep spinning on its axis just fine without Brandon’s presence on its surface. On my list of things to give a shit about, Brandon’s fate is after like, 200 gazillion other things.

"Expert evidence that Bernard occupied the gang's lowest rung would almost certainly have persuaded at least one juror to vote for life," the motion said. So, he wants to raise an I was just following orders defense? Doesn't work for Nazi war crimes, why should it work for this murderous thug?
To: ransomnote
Defendant’s argument is I did not kill them as badly as the white guy that killed them. I guess the best response to that is, if we could, we would have executed the white guy twice and you only once. Since we can’t execute him twice does not mean we can’t execute you once. Have a good trip.

So? Was he any less responsible for these two murders?
Why is the author trying to tell us by including skin color?

They might just be public schooled ignorant Hussein Heads who associate FraudCo with Fort Hood, and want to support him in every way possible, by any means necessary.

Since we can’t get input/comment from youth ministers Todd and Stacie Bagley, then the execution should proceed as currently scheduled (it’s way, way overdue).

What's the point?
Being black while murdering white people is somehow an excuse?
