As far as anyone contributing anonymously, that is commendable too. I was looking for constructive ways to handle the situation.
I have no legal knowledge, to be sure, but several times I have seen comments that maintain that lising at the state level is actually advantageous because that leaves the next avenue an appeal to the SCOTUS.
