The Pennsylvania case before the Supreme Court is solid and important. No one knows how the court will handle the case, but it remains extremely important nonetheless. Then, the plenary power of states must be defined so that its limits are clear otherwise a lawful election process will remain unknown. Plenary power does not mean a state can violate its own state constitution in order to influence or affect an election. This case is not about disenfranchising 2.4 million mail-in voters, it's about disenfranchising the more than 4 million other PA voters and more than 70 million other American voters who are negatively impacted by the decisions of the state in this case. Also, if this PA case arrives in Congress they will sort it out because they have a job to do, just like the US Supreme Court has a job to do too. Beyond chiming in on the next cultural case where they can stifle religious liberty. Ultimately, the mob will not rule.

ROSTOV-ON-DON, December 7 - RIA Novosti, Yulia Nasulina. Unknown persons opened the cargo hatch and stole equipment from the "Doomsday plane" at the airfield in the Rostov region .

As the representative of the transport department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the North Caucasus Federal District told RIA Novosti, a representative of the Beriev Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex addressed the police. The interlocutor of the agency added that a check is underway.

A RIA Novosti source said that the matter concerns the Il-80 aircraft, which was undergoing maintenance, radio equipment disappeared from it.

Il-80 is a command post created on the basis of the Il-86 airliner . It is intended for command and control in a nuclear war, it is called the "Yom Kippur aircraft". Beriev Aircraft Company is part of the United Aircraft Corporation and specializes in the development, production, modernization and repair of amphibious aircraft and special aviation complexes.

Earlier, a representative of the transport department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the North Caucasian Federal District told RIA Novosti that a representative of the Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex named after Beriev addressed the police with a statement that during the inspection of one of the aircraft, "a cargo hatch opening was found." This fact is being checked. A RIA Novosti source said that the matter concerns the Il-80 aircraft, which was undergoing maintenance, the radio equipment disappeared from the aircraft.

According to the government procurement portal, in April of this year the company purchased from a single supplier for "the provision of services for the protection of the transport infrastructure of the Taganrog (Yuzhny) airfield of PJSC TANTK Beriev" in the amount of 24.1 million rubles.

"The sole supplier of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise" UVO of the Ministry of Transport of Russia "was determined on the basis of the Decree of the Government of Russia No. 42 dated 01.02.2011," the documentation says.

An agreement was concluded with the departmental security from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021. "Protect the facility from acts of unlawful interference, take measures to suppress crimes and administrative violations aimed at causing harm to the health of workers and other persons at the facility, as well as the property of the customer," one of the security tasks is described in the draft agreement.

According to the procurement materials, the contract executor is responsible for providing eight round-the-clock security posts at the airport. A description of the location of the posts and the function of each of them is also attached.
