Hash browns - my favorite!
Judy - sausage balls is our go-to Christmas breakfast, I don’t know how that tradition started. This year I think I will make blueberry muffins too.
When we used to go to my MIL’s house...she used to make a sausage egg and cheese casserole and leave it in the oven overnight so it was easy to heat up the next morning 😳 I’m amazed we didn’t get sick, lol
Delicious looking again today. Thank you. Have friends stopping by today. Need to spend a few minutes picking up. OTOH Babee is on my lap. It can wait.
Sounds yummy - even if left in the oven overnight lol.
Looks like our Christmas at the farm is cancelled for now. Bad weather - lots of rain and snow then suddenly dropping temperatures to make the roads very dangerous. It’s over a half hour drive...too far to take a chance. My daughter doesn’t have the room for anyone to stay over.....other than in the barns lol.
Thanks for putting a smile on my face, Vlad.
Good morning.
Good morning, ma. You are welcome. Have a good day with friends and hug the kitteh for me.
Awwww. Sorry.
Well, we’ll do it after Christmas, as it’s going to be dicey here for a few days. That’s the way it goes - at least I’m in a warm home, with a lovely fireplace, eggnog (even a little spiked now and then) and a computer and phone.
My real fear is that the pumpkin pie and rhubarb cheesecake will not make it. No guarantees. lol
Good morning! I meant to write that in my post, sorry 😁
We might get some snowflakes in GA tonight! And the dreaded “black ice”
I understand. No need to be sorry.
Oh, that’s nice. AND we will be here.
Biscuits!!
YES!
Our house guest arrived yesterday. Today will be a day for ironing and prepping the meal. Right now I am anticipating the worst of a heavy rainstorm in about 5 minutes. Rain all day with the temps falling steadily. A freeze should start around 10pm getting down into the low 20s. Christmas Day should be cold. We have a fireplace and dry wood and I know how to use it!
Are you in northern GA? We’re not expecting snow here in Auburn, AL. We are expecting rain all day long. Wet, drippy, and dark.
Yep, I’m in the foothills of the mountains so temps tend to be slightly colder
No accumulation expected though.
