Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

Know your Nautical terminology
binnacle
The stand on which the ship's compass is mounted, usually near the helm, permitting ready reference by the helmsman.
binnacle list
A ship's sick list. The list of men unable to report for duty was given to the officer or mate of the watch by the ship's surgeon. The list was kept at the binnacle.
The red (port) and green (starboard) iron balls are used in boxing the compass. By adjusting them in or out you can reduce or eliminate the effects of local magnetic fields (magnetic deviation) on the compass.
Properly boxing a compass is a tedious and exacting process involving putting the ship on exact headings and comparing the compass, adjusted for magnetic declination, to the true heading. The balls are then moved to adjust the compass card.
Once completed the balls are locked down and woe betide the man who moves them. I went through the process once in 1981 and have no desire to do it again.

The hearing will feature former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

He shouldn’t need to pardon Flynn. He is going to win. If, for some unknown reason, he is forced to leave office on January 20, either because the Supreme Court does something unexpected or some other weird event, he can do what all Presidents do, and issue a rash of pardons on the way out. In that event, he should probably resign on January 19, and have President Pence pardon him.

Said they would project doubt on the results. No, they have said to abide by the results because the “results” show they won.
