Wednesday, November 25, 2020: At the request of Senator Doug Mastriano (R-Adams/Cumberland/Franklin/York), the Senate Majority Policy Committee is holding a public hearing Wednesday to discuss 2020 election issues and irregularities. The hearing will feature former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
WHO: Senate Majority Policy Committee Chair David Argall (R-Berks/Schuylkill); Senate Majority Leader-Elect Kim Ward (R-39); State Rep. Dan Moul (R-91); State Rep. Rob Kauffman (R-89); and State Rep Paul Schemel (R-90); among other lawmakers will join Senator Mastriano in this historic hearing.
My family could use a bit of prayer this week. One of our daughters and her husband have a home where they foster troubled teens. Their home is on acreage with horses and other livestock and they use these critters as healing help to troubled kids. With the extra kids, animals and acres they need extra adult assistance. Also with the environment of fostering kids come child protective services checks.
One of the guys who helps mentor kids and work with animals recently broke up with a short-term girlfriend. The jilted girlfriend has made several accusations of wrongdoing by this guy toward her own children and children in our kids’ household.
Local cops investigated and found no problem. The gal took it over their head to county sheriff, DA and state CPS. My kids are accustomed to child services checking things out, never had a bad mark.
But the last 5 days have been horrid. Police every day at the house. Some children had to move out and are now not in good quarters. The man against whom these accusations is made was one of my son-in-law’s subordinates in the army. I think he’s one of the good guys.
We need prayer if any have the heart for it. I have been preparing Thanksgiving Dinner in Faith that all would be here. My family keeps getting pared down with every bang on the door. It is no longer an investigation, it is harrassment now. They banged and walked in on my daughter before coffee this morning, then dragged daughter, son-in-law and one grandchild in for questioning. They are still there.
