He shouldn’t need to pardon Flynn. He is going to win. If, for some unknown reason, he is forced to leave office on January 20, either because the Supreme Court does something unexpected or some other weird event, he can do what all Presidents do, and issue a rash of pardons on the way out. In that event, he should probably resign on January 19, and have President Pence pardon him.
Maybe he has some work for Flynn to do in the upcoming weeks that he cannot do now as the situation stands. I hope judge Sullivan gets removed from the bench.

The gag order is lifted now and Trump may need Flynn’s intel made public. That is what I am thinking.
