Alyssa, can take that olive branch and stick it where the sun don’t shine. The time for an olive branch was long ago, and all we got was HATE.
They’ve been living with cheating since Tamany Hall, they think of it and other forms of exploitation like slavery as natural and even obligatory.
I wonder if her tune will change when she learns Biden isn’t getting the keys to the White House in January. Let’s see how sincere she is then.
There won’t be any widespread desire for harmony, either way it will be a tense four years with incidents likely.
I’m not a resident so I have some idea already what things will be like, we’ve gone through this stage already in Canada with the transition in 2015. Generally speaking I guess it went a bit better here, partly because we’re used to the left being politically dominant.
The way the game works, and look for this to happen if Biden-Harris are successful, is that the globalist-socialists pose as moderates and point to other figures on the political margins as “the real socialists” (their politics are only fractionally different), and while spouting a lot of vague talk about being pro-business, pro-development, and big supporters of personal liberty, what actually happens is that they just do nothing and allow special interest groups to tie up business development in court battles that are endless, time consuming and pointless. In this way, they can convince some of the less bright voting public that it’s not actually their doing, but the work of “activists” who are of course allied with them behind the scenes.
This game has been played out for decades in Europe, the socialism or communism-light that is practised there is nothing like Castro six hour speeches or Lenin pointing bravely into the glorious future, but just endless boredom of general inaction, politicians getting a bit on the side out of view of the public and journalists who are paid off anyway, and just basically unions and professional associations setting socialist standards in all areas of life, anyone who dissents is ignored rather than persecuted because so many people think there is only one way to do things.
You are not going to see all of that happen because of cultural differences and a larger body of dissent. I think the situation is very unstable. Socialism is not going to work in many parts of American life and that will become obvious within months of the new government taking office.
Now if Trump prevails in court and manages to stay on, it will just be like the past four years only worse, in terms of gridlock in Congress, and there’s only so much the president can do through executive action. More to the point, what happens after a second term? There needs to be thought given, win lose or draw, to restructuring the Republican Party so that it is more supportive of sovereign government and less accommodationist, so that clear lines are drawn, then they need to sell that option and find a strong enough person to continue on with Trump’s work.
Very tough challenges, but at least you’re in the game, in Canada we find that groupthink has pretty much taken over except in a few rather restricted areas, most notably Alberta and some other parts of western Canada.
I would rather that she kills her self.

I have to admit, even if they had won fairly, I would have continued to have an aversion to even the average liberal. After all they have done and said, after all the cancel culture, their hatred, the self-righteousness, the form of Godliness but denying the power thereof, their advocating and embracing abortion, riots, burnings, looting, transgender and pedophilia perversion, hatred of all that is decent and right... No. I reject it all and I don’t want any part of their sick and Satanic culture.
Of course, this call for unity and healing does not apply, should President Trump prevail in court.
