Sidney Powell just confirmed on Glenn Beck's Show that the server recovered in Germany was in fact seized by the U.S. Military,
After having worked with computer programming since 1960, what I can tell you is this...
The software which created results can be expunged easily.
But the results the software created and were printed and distributed can never be destroyed toto.
All the lawyers need to do is prove that the tabulation results produced by Dominion systems is not possible. Such as processing X number of ballots by workers through the feeding machines in Y number of minutes. And 300% more ballots from precincts than registered voters. And all ballots with perfectly filled circles ONLY for Biden and nothing for any down line contests.

There is zero chance the US military raided a private company in a friendly foreign country, zero.
It has been suggested that this report is being confused with an incident earlier this year where German authorities seized servers containing information hacked from a law enforcement database in Houston, which was reported in the Houston Chronicle in July.
I think she is playing trumps game and revealing very little. I think the server is going to be the key to this case. If the German server tally is different from the US tally, look out cheaters...YOU HAVE BEEN CAUGHT.
I was being diplomatic. IMHO, there is zero chance that this story is true, which makes it very concerning that Sidney is repeating it! It makes me question everything she says.
My thought too. She can’t confirm classified information, so the best thing to do is to keep it in rumor territory, which tells us what we need to know and keeps her from having to lie.
