Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Thank you, snowy. I subscribed to his YT videos after you posted a link sometime back. So, I’ve already watched and shared with others. He’s my kinda guy ~ older, gray-bearded, nerdy, eccentric, dealt with a lot of sh*t but survived, warped sense of humor, wears the same sweatshirt for days on end, stuff like that. Not so keen on his admitted anger issues, but definitely appreciate his perspective, knowledge, and unwavering support for President Trump.

I don’t believe America would have become “literally become like any other third world country” because a black hat administration would take up right where Hillary was supposed to in 2016, including WWIII, mandatory chipping/tagging and vaccines, and population culling, starting with everyone they consider threatening (i.e. our military, President Trump etc.)

In fact, as anti-Q Lame Cherry often paints terrible disgusting portraits and loosely linked facts into twisted theories in order to spread confusion in the guise of logic while co-opting the Q movement; our news. From the beginning, Lame Cherry has co-opted, mixed and mingled hundreds of the worlds worst conspiracy theories and facts; hammering out no truth. Lame Cherry was likley designed by foreign elements (grammar kitty detects) with multiple authors and has made critical thinking errors on U.S. history and policy often. Lame Cherry is of darkness, 'mind' control, heavily biased towards evil non-resoluton and the glorification/normalization of such so that you become impotent in your rationale against future events through opaqueness and death blossom thinking; an enslavement of mental chains difficult enough to break out of; a ‘group-think of darkness’.
