Good morning, lysie!
Thanks for breakfast and enjoy yours out with your friend.
Congrats to @realDonaldTrump Legal Team. Pa court ruled Pa Legislature couldn’t violate Pa constitution by letting anyone vote absentee. Had to be illness or few other specific reasons. Now Legislature must assert Art II authority and take control of electoral process. #maga— Victoria Toensing (@VicToensing) November 28, 2020
We are grateful to the PA state legislature for their COURAGE! Their Resolution takes back their Article II authority to appoint Electoral College delegates after a RIGGED election!
To the Twitterati saying it was a “fake hearing,” clearly you haven’t read the Constitution! 😘 https://t.co/r85V0LQhdG— Jenna Ellis (@JennaEllisEsq) November 28, 2020
Jenna Ellis shares to Newsmax TV a huge development for the Trump team - regarding the PA state legislature's rights against "corrupt election officials."@JennaEllisEsq @stinchfield1776 https://t.co/VlT7z8drtO pic.twitter.com/Nx1ufQyKcB— Newsmax (@newsmax) November 28, 2020
Here’s what’s happening in PA. Thanks again Lil F for your excellent Georgia reporting.
From what I have read in the Trump Team’s Nov 9 complaint and the Nov 27 3rd Circuit Opinion, the Trump Team is mainly pointing out to the courts that the State of Pennsylvania Election Officials from the Secretary of State and down to County Elections Officials did not follow the statutes and constitution in PA.
It is much easier to prove that Election Officials violated their oath of office in issuing guidance contrary to the voting statutes and constitution.
And by violating existing laws, rules, regulations, and procedures, the resultant election is invalid.

Had leftover pumpkin pie for appetizer; not sure what the main course will be!

Two weeks ago you denied Dems' laughably obvious election fraud because it didn't fit TV narrative.
This wk you paid seven-figures to the parents of Seth Rich to keep two of your employees from having to reveal the truth in depositions.
You are shit people, same as CNN.— Philip Schuyler (@FiveRights) November 28, 2020

I find it amazing that you had any pumpkin pie left to eat this morning.
Wouldn’t happen in my home.
FYI: Prior to the SCOTUS decision in Bush v. Gore, every federal court and every state supreme court had ruled for Gore over Bush every time until SCOTUS. Election contests only start next week, and the key procedural aspect of Bush v. Gore was it started as an election contest.— Robert Barnes (@Barnes_Law) November 27, 2020
Good catch jenny.

Bush declared electoral victor over Gore, Dec. 12, 2000 - POLITICO
The decision ended a five-week standoff during which the issue of whether George W. Bush or Al Gore would succeed President Bill Clinton in the White House remained in doubt.

Good Morning Kids.
Thank you lysie for breakfast, love the pancakes.
Hubby says he feels off balance today, still in bed.
Usually at the park by now.
Going to tend him, back later if I can.
Have a MAGA.
Praying for the Supremes.
A constitutional law student says about the PA court ruling yesterday:
Mass Politics
@MArepublican18
“The PA trial court decision is huge because it:
1. Stops the certification of the state results
2. Puts on record that the government officials violated PA state law
3. They violated this law by extending the mail in ballot deadlines, with no legislative permission to do so
4. This most likely invalidates all the mail in ballots that were sent in after the time originally set by the PA legislature
5. This is also is the next step on the way to the SCOTUS
6. It also could give power to the PA legislature to pick electors because the election would be considered “Void” due to the extending of the mail-in ballot deadline, which is unconstitutional
In short, the governor, election officials, and other top governmental actors changed the rules in regards to the election, without PA legislative approval. This is what makes it unconstitutional. The state legislature is in charge of elections. No one else.”
Pancakes my favorite! I love pancakes so much it’s fine that I just have bacon crumbles on top of the eggs. How come that’s all I ever get!
How old is your granddaughter?
I hope Trump is able to just relax and not even think about this election. Although I highly doubt it. But this might be the only time he gets to relax between the two terms. The next one will be busy with dragging the swamp to prison.
