Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

If one goes overseas to places exotic where there are young ladies who facilitate the purchasing of alcohol and provide converstion in broken english, one might purchase an expensive drink from the establishment for her. As a licensed Attorney of law wouldn't that also make him a "Ward" of the court which gives him certain privileges and responsibilities according to the codes of conduct set forth which, if broken, could cause him to be sanctioned or worse to lose his license to practice?
Could these circumstances protect him from prosecution?

Not sure that a piece of paper puts out electrons to a connector for bots to access, at least not before by some means it is even made available to a connector.
Q can doubtless keep their evidence outside of surveillance capabilities, protect evidence and as necessary, block electrons. But, what do I know of NSA’s abilities and controls, on the cusp of 2021.

As President Trump's PERSONAL lawyer, Rudy would have no need for a security clearance. He might have one but it would not be related to his position as President Trump's personal lawyer. His government lawyer would need one for sure.
POTUS is THE classification authority for the United States. Information is classified and security clearances are issued by derivative authority from him.
By definition, he can't commit a security violation. If he wants something declassified it WILL be declassified. He can reveal anything to anyone and it would be legal. It might not be smart but it would be legal.
