Just a little shy of 20 years. I joined the 11/25/2000, during the recount debacle. My user name reflects my sympathy with the struggle to keep Gore from stealing Florida and with it the presidency.
Feb 2001 for me but lurked a couple of years before I figured out you could join. I remember exactly where I was when I joined.

I became Grampa Dave 21 years ago in May, when my first grandchild was born.
