Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

In a nutshell everything is energy. E=mc2 tells us that. The water in our bodies can read, remember, and direct energy. Water is in a sense "alive" and conscious. There seem to be a lot of things that "get into" our cells, but often times they are too big to pass through the cell membrane. I think what happens is a photovoltaic effect whereby things come into proximity of the cell and transfer their energy inside the cell and the water inside the cell makes what has passed by inside.

It has taken a lot of study to get to begin understanding it. I'm not saying in the least that I understand it. I notice patterns and check them against the clock and often times they work out. In this particular clock decode it's easy to understand the plots between the two dates. All I did was look up those dates on the clock and noticed the pattern. The pattern happened to be consistent and interesting IMHO. Full disclosure, I've been highly trained in data/pattern recognition, manipulation, and massaging.
