It has taken a lot of study to get to begin understanding it. I'm not saying in the least that I understand it. I notice patterns and check them against the clock and often times they work out. In this particular clock decode it's easy to understand the plots between the two dates. All I did was look up those dates on the clock and noticed the pattern. The pattern happened to be consistent and interesting IMHO. Full disclosure, I've been highly trained in data/pattern recognition, manipulation, and massaging.
If you scroll past that clock fast enough (impossible) it looks like the spinning spiral in the twilight zone...and I get hypmotized.
