Well get all hippy on me and give me more info, what does it mean transfer of energy, etc.

In a nutshell everything is energy. E=mc² tells us that. The water in our bodies can read, remember, and direct energy. Water is in a sense "alive" and conscious. There seem to be a lot of things that "get into" our cells, but often times they are too big to pass through the cell membrane. I think what happens is a photovoltaic effect whereby things come into proximity of the cell and transfer their energy inside the cell and the water inside the cell makes what has passed by inside.
