While posing as local Indians, a group of a few dozen hard Left activists (armed with shields, and who knows what else) attempted to disrupt a DHS highway checkpoint around Organ Pipe national monument in Arizona today (12 Oct 20), and were met with tear gas, rubber bullets and arrests.
They say they were protesting to stop border wall construction on Indian Land at a “sacred” Spring - but it is not on the Reservation, it is National Park Service land.
Oh, and by the way, the new bollards just went up across that site this last week.
Try to keep up, you drug-addled Left Wingnuts.
Oh yeah, and Happy Columbus Day - or as you might know it, “Indigenous People’s Day”. No hard feelings about the beatdown?

Sorry, it’s been a crazy day at work.
Since I’m looking at retirement vs. a young person who’s still working, my priorities are things like cost of living, health care, ease of immigration, safety, stability, etc.
Right now, my choice is Portugal. They require valid passport, proof of valid health insurance, FBI criminal background report, proof of income (pension statement) of at least 1070 Euro monthly (about $1300 a month).
Officially, the Portuguese government welcomes immigrants to the country; they bring in money. However, I’ve read that the population is starting to push back because the cost of living is increasing but wages aren’t, making it difficult for the Portuguese to make a living. So I’m keeping my eye on it.
I’ve had Belize recommended to me, mainly because of the climate and the official language is English. But I’m not a tropical gal so I haven’t researched it further.

There is no circumstance that a late term abortion is anything but murder. If the baby is developed enough that it can survive outside of the womb, there is no health problem of the mother that could justify killing the baby, as it could be removed. And now they are trying to ok murder if the baby is born alive! What’s next? They’re already saying when a person is old and gets sick, just give them a pain pill. How about if someone becomes disabled? We have to save money for those illegals I guess.
