What is a cat?
Cats do what they want.
They rarely listen to you.
They’re totally unpredictable.
They whine when they are not happy.
When you want to play, they want to be alone.
When you want to be alone, they want to play.
They expect you to cater to their every whim.
They’re moody.
They leave hair everywhere.
They drive you nuts and cost you money.

I don’t know what the plan is. Will there be a different pool with a subsidy for preexisting conditions? Otherwise I would think premiums would be higher.

I don't know what the plan is either. To my knowledge, they have never come out with any plan. Trump keeps talking about having a plan, but I haven't seen any details. I'm not sure why, except maybe they don't want the Dims to copy it?
