The wise Latino and ACB Have a mutual friend. The past dean of ND Law School. She spoke for both at their hearing. Told Nikk earlier that I thought the Latino would be deciding cases with a more middle of road attitude since RBG is no longer influencing her. Both Justices were also friends of Scalia. (Remember he took Kagan to gun range to learn to shoot and changed her mind about 2A.).
I’m even more convinced now. The new justice will influence her opinion. She’s pliable
