Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

The passage you screen-shotted is someone’s prayer, doubtless inspired by Ephesians 6 and other Bible passages.
I don’t think it is a direct quote from the Bible.
Q evidently has a personal affinity for the spiritual warfare described by the author of Ephesians (presumed by most to be the Apostle Paul).
For me personally, the important thing is that Q is avowedly Christian. I see no reason to quibble over theology, as there are many good Christians who perceive these matters in their own distinct ways ... possibly akin to the parable of the 3 blind men describing an elephant.
Having brought that up, I WILL SAY that the metaphor is INCOMPLETE as typically expressed. Because the COMPLETE story would be that as time goes on, and the blind men spend much of their lives around and involved with the elephant, their stories will become more complete and many of the sharp differences in their initial descriptions will become harmonized!

Killing the rona would be at the top of my list too. I spent 20 minutes in a dentist’s waiting room and didn’t realize I knew the woman sitting near me.
She was all masked up, though I was not. She asked me why I wasn’t wearing a mask and I was about to give her my standard sickly sweet response of “I don’t need a mask because I’m not afraid and you shouldn’t be afraid of me because your mask works, doesn’t it?” when I realized who she was.

It’s not a prayer from the Bible, but from a collection of Spiritual Warrior Prayers.

I saw a Walmart Employee the other day, who had on a clear plastic shield of some sort. He was grinning, and I laughed and told him I liked that so much better than those face diapers.

Mask slide... I had a dog grooming biz for years. I liked many of my customers, their dogs, and I had many customers and their dogs I didn’t like.
One woman, who lives below me on the hill (hahah snotty me) was a customer for a while. I could never please her. NEVER. Her dog was a pain. Years ago I broke my foot, forgot to cancel her appt (DANG). She came up to my house with her dog for her appt and I hobbled out on crutches and she started whining, blah blah blah. I said.. “I CAN’T STAND, SORRY!” And I turned around and left her mouth open as I hobbled back to bed. It was the loudest F U I could give her. After my foot healed I ran into her in the grocery store. She had switched groomers. She starts telling me about a poodle she had that was so smart, it chewed a hole in her couch so she said she took that poodle down to the shelter and asked for it to be killed. Now.. I’m a HUGE HUGE dog lover and I’m looking at her and thought she did that? Then said something about not being happy with her groomer and she might call me. I said.. “I’m not taking any more customers.” And she wonders why her daughters hate her and she hates them.
Fast forward to Fri.. I’m in the grocery store, mask on.. SAME AWFUL LADY walks by me, doesn’t even recognize me. As she passed me, I did the mature thing and gave her the British peace sign behind her back hahahahahhaa.
