A former US Navy pilot is opening up about his infamous alleged UFO sighting off the coast of California in 2004.
Commander David Fravor said he witnessed a Tic Tac-shaped object in the sky in November 10, 2004 performing extraordinary aerial maneuvers that he said no modern human technology was capable of.
'This is not like we saw it and it was gone or I saw lights in the sky and it's gone – we watched this thing on a crystal clear day with four trained observers,' Fravor said in a sit-down interview with Russian-American YouTuber and MIT researcher Lex Fridman on September 8.
He said the phenomena committed an 'act of war' by jamming the military's radar when they tried to trace it.

After landing Fravor mentioned the UFO to colleague Chad Underwood who successfully located the unidentified object to get video on his radar. But when he attempted to trace the shape, the flying object jammed the radar.
'When he first sees [the object] he gets an energy lock on it. When he goes to lock it up, now he’s putting a bunch of energy on it. He’s telling the radar, "Stare down the line of sight, whatever is there I want you to grab it and build a trace file on it," which will tell you where it is, how fast it is and the direction that it’s going,' Fravor said.
'The radar is smart enough that when the signal comes back if it's been messed with, it will tell you - it will give you indications that it's being jammed .... It's being jammed into about every mode you can see ... You can tell it's being jammed.
'When you actively jam another platform, yes it’s technically an act of war,' he added.

Military guy was asked about this and replied that the Military would never test like this. Too unpredictable what could occur without letting everyone know.

Not an act of war.
We used to fly our F-15E over the states at night and on occasion, we would use our radar to track ground targets about 150 miles away (no lock), and when we would see a blip zipping along, passing all the other traffic, we would lock it up and step up to HPRF and that much energy would kick-off the guys radar detector and it was funny to watch some guy zipping along, get zapped and hit the breaks and go from 120mph down to 60mph in seconds.
Now, there were times I would scroll the radar to max elevation and go to auto-lock, trying to catch a low orbit satellite but sometimes I would lock something that was not flying in a straight line like a satellite, and was maneuvering wildly.
Cap, I have tried to explain this to other people and they wont have any of it.
That incident happened and in a few short moments after the men in black showed up and shut everybody down.
Now if it wasnt ours, how is it the men in black showed up?
Same thing with the Phoenix lights. That thing was sighted in a line that came directly from North of Las Vegas. I know people who watched that thing go over.
If this UFO is extraterrestrial in origin, then it represents a level of technology likely 100’s of years ahead of us. Believe me, if it can traverse interstellar space, you would know if these aliens decided to commit an act of war.
Moreover Cap..last week Trump nearly spilled the beans.
He said, in explaining our military capabilities, that they have no clue of the things we have. He then corrected (covered) himself, saying that we have built up our military to higher levels than ever before.
That’s a pretty aggressive interpretation. Especially since we don’t know what it was or why or how it jammed said radar.
Jamming radar really isn’t that tough. In the end they’re radio signals, hit the same frequencies with a sustained signal they’re jammed.

The residents in Vegas said that v-shaped craft was so large that it hovered and blocked the stars out. Possibly a mile wide.

Even if it’s an act of war, what are you going to do about it. Even the US is about the equivalent of Iraq during the Gulf Wars against the UFO’s.
Cmdr Fravor addresses that in the interview...says it was a joke pulled by some guys in security (I think it was security). He went down to their area ASAP, said he was onto their joke, and they gave him his tapes back.
Technically I suppose it was an act of war.
I’m not sure it would be wise to engage in war with something you can’t identify, can jam your radar, can out fly like you like a humming bird compared to a chicken and can apparently navigate air, space and water as if they were all equal mediums.
Do you really want to find out if it has weapons systems and how good they are?
Me too. . .but having seen a very dark, sharply defined shadow (indicating close to the ground), but the pilot I was with and I could not see it, that was odd, but what was completely boggling was the shadow instantaneously stopped, and then in a moment was back at speed. There is no way any craft could survive a stop, like going 1,000mph and bang, stopping like hitting a wall, and not only the craft, but the beings inside (if there are any) and they would turn to atoms in a micro-second (unless they and their craft are shielded from gravity and has no mass).
