It would seem something big is coming.
It is a hypothetical, not based on the reality of events. It’s like saying if you had left home 5 minutes you would have avoided a head on collision.
And the way Biden presents it makes people think Trump purposely didn’t act sooner so the deaths are on him. Non factual at all, doesn’t align with what the experts were saying at the time, nor what the democrats were doing.
