The Democrats have long insisted that voter fraud is rare. They also say that getting voter ID's is both inconvenient and discriminatory. Okay, fine, call their bluff. If it never happens, then they should have no problems with stiff penalties. I have talked with Democrats about this. Of course, they are against this idea too.
Stripped of citizenship and deported to a penal colony — Guantánamo Bay comes to mind.

American Soldiers have heroically put themselves in harm’s way for their own right to vote, their fellow citizen’s right to vote and the right of people in foreign countries to vote.
Many are in cemeteries all over the world.
In honor of their sacrifice, the death penalty would be appropriate for those who subvert it.

Voter fraud is the same as treason. Capital punishment. Swiftly.
Ballot stuffing should be a capital offense.
It often is a criminal conspiracy against this nation.
We need to get to an Article V Convention as soon as possible. This should fall under sedition and carry the appropriate sentence.
Death Penalty.
