The Democrats have long insisted that voter fraud is rare. They also say that getting voter ID's is both inconvenient and discriminatory. Okay, fine, call their bluff. If it never happens, then they should have no problems with stiff penalties. I have talked with Democrats about this. Of course, they are against this idea too.

Never have a Library card
Never be allowed to collect ANY BENEFITS such as WELFARE, etc.
