Chaos erupts when 400 teenagers left unattended at Putt-Putt Fun Center
A mini-golf complex got flooded with hundreds of kids after a mass parent drop-off, who then started wreaking havoc when they couldnt get their money back so say cops, anyway.
This went down Saturday night at the Putt-Putt Fun Center in Memphis, where police officers responded to call for service over reports of chaos breaking out after several different parents left upwards of 300 to 400 children at the facility, who began destroying the joint.
One of the teens ripped up the plexiglass at the front desk and threw it at the workers, and then proceeded to hurl even more objects which helped kick off a stampede and more destruction. There was even a firework that was set off just pure mayhem, really.
Cops say witnesses told them the girl on video chucking crap was fed up because she couldnt get a refund. People online who say they were there claim some of the Putt-Putt Centers gaming machines were faulty and taking peoples money without playing time.
It appears when this girl was given the cold shoulder, she just lost it. When cops arrived, they gave her a juvenile summons for disorderly conduct. The staff was left to clean up the mess left behind after everyone left.

Memphis + Teens = .......
Those zany kids and their jalopies
I suppose that could be several religious homeschooling families, but then the kids wouldn't have wrecked the facility.
400 teenagers
That's a lot of kids for "several" parents.
McDonalds and Walmart are better.
Soon Memphis will become a Putt-Putt desert.
Next generation.
Walking in Memphis
Marc Cohn
Put on my blue suede shoes
And I boarded the plane
Touched down in the land of the Delta Blues
In the middle of the pouring rain
W.C. Handy, won’t you look down over me
Yeah, I got a first class ticket
But I’m as blue as a boy can be
Then I’m walking in Memphis
Walking with my feet ten feet off of Beale
Walking in Memphis
But do I really feel the way I feel?
Saw the ghost of Elvis
On Union Avenue
Followed him up to the gates of Graceland
Then I watched him walk right through
Now security they did not see him
They just hovered ‘round his tomb
But there’s a pretty little thing
Waiting for the King
Down in the Jungle Room
When I was walking in Memphis
I was walking with my feet ten feet off of Beale
Walking in Memphis
But do I really feel the way I feel?
They’ve got catfish on the table
They’ve got gospel in the air
And Reverend Green be glad to see you
When you haven’t got a prayer
But, boy, you’ve got a prayer in Memphis
Now Muriel plays piano
Every Friday at the Hollywood
And they brought me down to see her
And they asked me if I would
Do a little number
And I sang with all my might
She said
“Tell me are you a Christian child?”
And I said “Ma’am, I am tonight”

Memphis has no riots.
There was an article yesterday that said so.

tribal.
It’s called Memphrica for a reason.
I moved to Memphis early 90’s for a new job. Arrived on a Monday evening late.

Walking in 3-4 utes walked out and bumped me and said “get the fuark out of the way craka”
I knew I was no longer in lilly white land. Moved out 2 years later.
It was huge relief to my parents.
My nice apartment had bars on the window.
Were any named Ralph and Potsie?
Wow ... this looks like what happened at my high school fun fair Run by the rainbow coalition 40 years ago.
When all the gang kids showed up in the hundreds with about a dozen chaperones they decided to shut down the fair for the safety of all and the black kids did.. exactly what you saw in the video.
40 years.
No difference.
I grew up in and around Memphis and Northern Mississippi, 50’s and 60’s.
It ain’t America any more..............
Maybe DeRalph and JaPotsie...
So, 300-400 “youths” can be dropped off in a miniature golf/gaming center, but it isn’t safe for them to go to school?
White T-shirt girl is just letting off a little steam before heading off to begin her full scholarship attendance at Harvard.
