Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.

I have never seen convincing evidence that weather mod. can be done successfully, other than cloud seeding which could not possibly unload all that water. My other thought is that DJT will and may already be doing whatever he needs to do to protect us from China’s malignity, but I do not see him wishing harm on millions of Chinese who are not the cause, it’s the thugs in the CCP. Just my .02.

Tragic; I contribute regularly to a world-wide Christian ministry that will likely try to help in that situation; the leader of that ministry has had good success in China in the past... cannot say about this present regime. Prayers absolutely needed.

Very possible. I am sure that assets are being moved to rapidly respond to whatever else the derps are going to throw.
It also could include that special unit I’ve posted about before-most of the prior articles and links just get a big error 404 message now. I was never able to find anything to indicate that it was disbanded. Also, it’s possible that a NDAA under Obama reinstated the repeal of P.C.A. Here’s what I have that’s still available:

In 2007, the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act was introduced; it overturned the Posse Comitatus Act by allowing the Commander in Chief to suppress ‘insurrection’ and ‘restore order’. When it was repealed in 2008, Bush stated that he did not respect the later repeal.
The combat team, renamed CCMRF (C-hemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high-yield explosive C-onsequence M-anagement R-esponse F-orces), has been assigned for year-long duty and training at Fort Stewart to prepare them for “civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios” such as security or natural disasters. After a year, a new unit will take its place.
CCMRF will be under the control of the Northern Command (NORTHCOM), and now has the same legal authority as a unit deployed to Iraq under the direct control of the Executive Branch.
The unit will have use of engineer and medical units, the Marine Corps Chemical, Biological Initial Reaction Force, and a Navy weather team, as well as members of the Defense Logistics Agency and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. A spokeswoman for NORTHCOM added that both wheeled and tank vehicles would be available for the CCMRF.
