Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

I already thought the Demshiviks would be doing crap like that—I mean they have not accepted 2016 so why would they accept 2020—and since they failed so spectacularly with their first attempts to delegitimize, I fully expect new and more strident crap for 2020.
However, there’s not one single thing in JHTH posts that I think haven’t already been well prepared to counter by Team Trump. In fact I expect even worse than JHTH, but have confidence that POTUS and team will handle it just fine.
