Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

This is a quibble, but cytokine storm is not a disease. It’s a cascading immune reaction. They wouldn’t say anaphylactic shock from a bee sting was caused by cytokine storm disease, doesn’t make sense, but it do.
Has Arnold held any international position?
My guess for C is Elliot Spitzer, but his scandal was with prostitutes and not mistresses, so it’s probably not him.

I think he’s doing a lot of this to stir the pot and do a “squirrel” on the media and dems. While they are all chasing after the latest “outrage of the day” the real work is getting done behind the scenes without distractions or leaks.

Not that I have ever heard of. Aspirin can be disruptive to the digestive system - especially for me. Steroids such as dexamethasone are quite powerful in smaller quantities - although they can also disrupt the digestive system. I would think the amount of aspirin to equal the effect of dexamethasone on a cytokine storm would be astronomical.
