So I was at my gym this morning in central Maryland. I'm chatting with this guy who asks me if I was on last night's conference call with the alumni from the local (and very expensive) private school (I am a public school person). I live in an affluent suburb that used to vote 3 to 1 Republican, but now is more like 50-50 as the younger, affluent whites trend towards socialism. Anyway, this guy (and others on the call) was irate because the handful of black alumni from this school were on the call, calling for the headmaster's resignation, claiming the school was racist, etc....
I am NOT worried at all about how many people will vote for Trump. If it were 100% honest election he would win in a landslide.
But it’s not the voters that matter- it’s the people who count the votes.
GET EVERYONE TALKING ABOUT STOPPING VOTE FRAUD
Trump should propose a mandatory minimum 10 year jail time for ANY government fraud - including vote fraud.
No one is punished for it now- the one woman who plead guilty to voting in several places got 3 months, and a standing ovation from democrats.
Since the riots, I’ve influenced two friends to vote Trump, one who lives in MD and the other in Charlottesville, VA. I’m working on gaining +20 Trump voters.

Trump is not that dictator. If society does not rally behind him and stop this, the “next” guy (and it won’t be Demented Perv Biteme) will be Hitler. Our country has about six months to detox, admit it’s been an SJW alcoholic, and straighten up.
But I also see a lot of comments on liberal friend’s pages, that suggest there are a lot more people who are fed up with this stuff, but are kind of afraid to come out too publicly and get cancelled.
Agree. The silent majority who doesn’t want to debate the “ clueless” knows “ keeping your powder dry” at this point is a better course of action...
Reminds me of the ‘Get Smart’ episode where Max infiltrated the highest level of CHAOS and then when he tried to arrest them it turned out they were all government double-agents, and that the last real CHAOS agent had retired years ago.

Well, in today’s news, Ghislane Maxwell was arrested. That sordid tale, and it’s pending indictment to nowhere, should distract the rubes enough.
Mail in vote is vote fraud central. People have to show up at the polls, it’s the only way. Also notice the news has a story about an even worse virus coming out of China. They’re trying to herd people into using the mail-in vote out of fear.

I don’t think it’s just the soft republicans that are over what’s going on. I believe there will be a large number of dems and blacks (pretty much redundant but you get my point) that will vote for trump in Nov which will negate the left’s attempt at massive voter fraud.
I really hope so, but I’m not so sure. The media drumbeat is making it look like the BLM cancel-culture types are the majority. They have power far out of proportion to their numbers, with the backing of corporate America and the entertainment media. I don’t know what it’s going to take to get people to actually stand up and push back, even at the voting booth.

Maryland is a freak state, not a bellwether state.
how many people will vote for Trump but will proclaim their support for Biden before and after they cast their vote because their peer group demands that everyone be against Trump? I bet there are lots of people in this position, and I wonder what we should call such people, perhaps “the hidden silent majority”

I’d also go out on a limb and say they’re going to vote come hell or high water.......
One thing that’s missing in this election is the absolute hatred of Hillary by many. I had stopped voting in 2012, thinking it was no use. Actually, I live in NY, so it still is really no use, especially in presidential elections.
However, I got off my butt and voted for Trump in 2016, and have every intention of doing so again in a few months.
(BTW, Suffolk county on Long Island voted for Trump)
But now, with mail-in voting and ID-less voting (Voter fraud), I’m afraid we’re going to lose by a slight margin.
So get out the vote in those swing states! Is there something I can do to help?
