I wore a mask today when I went to Walmart, Aldi’s, and Sam’s Club. It was about 90 degrees out which is hot for here. And of course very humid. My instant savings weren’t working in the Sam’s Club app so I probably spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to check out and get my deals. I could feel my mask getting hotter and hotter, and I started wondering what kind of skin conditions people were going to get if they have to wear them all day. At the minimum rashes.
Each of the stores had to sign to wear a mask. I figure it’s private property so I’ll do what the owners want.
The very few places I go that "those masks" are actually required, I pull one of my bandannas out of the pickup, strap 'er on and sometimes go in search of MaskGestapo/Karens so I can inform them that, "This has always worked on dust so I guess it'll screen out political BS."

Let’s face it. It is politics. Kamala is honest and open about that.
And that’s also why Democrats accuse Republicans of racism. It’s politics. It’s a way to score cheap points with an accusation that the Dem base believes, but that its leaders don’t.
The real problem here is that Kamala doesn’t have a good answer as to why she did it when the media gets around to really asking her. And answering, “that’s politics” would expose the game that the Democrats have been playing.
Vaccine oligarch Bill Gates expressed apathy in a CBS interview about the fact that his Moderna Coronavirus vaccine, which National Institutes of Health (NIH) has a financial stake in, is testing horribly in vaccine trials, with at least 80 percent of trial subjects reportedly suffering side effects. This news comes on the heels of a major protest in Africa against Coronavirus vaccines being tested on black people on the continent.

Hospitals in Florida are showing massive problems with testing accuracy, with Orlando Health admitting that its 98 percent positive rate was actually 9.4 percent. The CDC admitted that it is mixing antibody and viral test results to derive its case numbers and you can test positive on an antibody test if you have antibodies from a family of viruses that cause the common cold. It would be brutal listening to a dog bark all day. I can’t blame you for wanting to move. Better check out all of the neighbors wherever you go....or, better still, buy a place that has no neighbors, or at lease they’re far away.
I’m afraid you’re right.....they dote on this dog all the time. And when they’re not doting on her, they’re talking about her. My eyes must roll back in my head after about 10 minutes....it’s just so uninteresting to me.
My son has two dogs - a golden lab and a red fox lab. I like the dogs because he has trained them well. They never bark, they sit when told, and they’re so gentle and nice. Still, I don’t like them milling about when there’s food set out on the outside table (at a low level - about even with the dog’s heads), I don’t like it when they have a swim in the lake then come up and shake around people, and I don’t like it when they sit and drool because they want food. Thankfully, my son is pretty good to send them off to the side to lie down and leave the visiting adults alone.
My neighbor somehow finds it adorable when her dog (which is sitting on MY deck) has a fit and barks at MY grandkids arriving, as well as everything that walks or blows by. I find it irritating. Heck, if I wanted a dog yapping at everyone, I’d have a dog. I don’t have one for a reason lol.
Well, that’s the end of my complaining. It’s really the owners, not the dogs. But, as you say, you can’t shoot the owners lol.

If I see a cat being perfectly good I know it is thinking of getting into something. And just trying to lull the people into feeling relaxed.
Although the honor guards carrying the body of Lewis are outdoors, they are still wearing masks in the incredible heat. One of the guards wasn’t able to withstand the intense heat and passed out before Lewis’ casket made it into the Capitol building.
I hope when they do the Covid test before my cataract surgery it is accurate. I don’t want a false positive messing up my much needed surgery. I could hardly read the names of the spices at Sam’s today. And they are in big letters.
I’m going to pass on any vaccine. They’re too desperate to get one out too fast.
Now, my son isn’t there. My son does other duties and is currently on an island south of here. But, that is the sort of threat he loves to get.
