The Supreme Court decision on restricting churches to a maximum of 50 while other large venues, like casinos, can have 50 PER CENT really baffles me. Is there something procedural about the way the case was filed? Does the decision apply strictly to one church? One state? It seems so obviously unconstitutional to me. The four liberals on the court do not care about the constitution but I had hoped that Roberts would care.

Had a good evening with my sister. We talked about our lives growing up in confusion but it was never discussed at the time. When my dad gave in and decided we would move out of Louisville and come to Indiana, my mother's BILs drove the moving truck over. They both were heavy drinkers and apparently they started drinking on the way over. According to my sister who is older they didn't show up with the truck for two weeks.

We discussed the statues being destroyed and she was furious. Remember my sister has voted Democrat for years. She said to me,"they are destroying the statues we bought and they are trying to destroy our history. What I'm saying is..BOTH parties are upset over the destruction of our statues.

Congress shall make no law prohibiting the free exercise of religion. So if the police close your church, open it back up. If the police tell you that you cannot peaceably assemble, assemble anyway. Tyranny ends when you make it end.

It's not atheists, it's activists and marxists. Huge difference. I'm an atheist, but I will fight for the rights of churches to do what they want. It's one of our basic freedoms, and a very important one. I don't have to believe in your deity to believe in your rights.

As a Las Vegas resident, the fact that this was the dissent and not the majority ruling is appalling. It clearly violates The Constitution.
