Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

Not sure that is the military, could be police in cameo riot gear or US Marshals (it’s a federal building).
Would be huge if it was actually the military but looking for other reports of this in the news the only mention of military in articles all go back to the Andy Ngo tweet.

I am not sure if it is military. And I don’t know for sure, but I think POTUS could have military help with security for FEDERAL property without invoking riot act or violating posse comitatus. So maybe military-maybe not?
I am still wondering what happened to the Army group set up by Bush in 2007 specifically for serving on the soil of Continental USA. Wonder if they still exist or have been disbanded or reassigned.

Seems like a couple of years ago, several folks here were finding owls everywhere -- even in the design of the U.S. Capitol grounds in DC:
One FReeper/FReeQ even found one on an island in a river in China! (Wish my 83-year-old memory worked well enough to recall who that was...)

A search of my "KML" (Google Earth) files turned up a "Push-Pin placemarker" for Smoky 451"s "Flying Owl Building" in China. If you PASTE these coordinates...
