It's amazing how effectively we FReeQs & Anons build "prosecutable stories" -- one "probable-cause dot" at a time... :-)
BTW, I expect you're aware that the "gold-domed temple" on the SOUTH ("Satan's") point on LSJI had two owl statues atop it -- until God sent two hurricanes, (a week apart) to remove them! :-)

BTW, I just remembered that it was smoky415 who found the "Flying Owl: building in Chongqing, China.
A search of my "KML" (Google Earth) files turned up a "Push-Pin placemarker" for Smoky 451"s "Flying Owl Building" in China. If you PASTE these coordinates...
29.376694 106.454137
...into Google Earth's "Search" field -- and click "Search" -- Google Earth will zoom you right in on the building...
