Q posted a link to Rand.org overview of the POSSE Comitatus Act — for the Advisory Panel on DOD for support of Civil Authorities. This Panel was established by Congress as part of the 2008 NDAA.
I presented the overview, a link to the PDF, and some of what Q stated in that drop. Laws, regulations, and directives have been evolving before and after PCA as well as since 2008.
If you disagree with it, I certainly could not tell you when or where it might have changed. But at least I provided the source and link instead of just making an assertion.
I do recall that there was some sort of changes made by Congress to accommodate the War on Drugs in some of the other background information that was also provided at Rand.org, but I ain't combing back through it.

I spoke with an OR nurse today who feels there are two strains: east coast and west coast. Said the west coast strain isn’t as lethal.
But my thought is that east coast protocol called for ventilator use and caused patient decline.
People are starting to reschedule non-emergency medical procedures. The doctors/ hospitals are demanding patients get tested within a week prior to the procedure. This may account for some of the increase in cases.

The mana of convicted child sex offender Peter Ellis and his right to restore it has been argued in New Zealand's highest court today.
Ellis spent nearly 30 years battling his controversial convictions, and now his lawyers say tikanga Māori values indicate the fight should continue despite his death to uphold his mana.
Ellis, who was 61 at the time of his death, was convicted after a trial in the High Court at Christchurch in 1993 of 16 counts of sexual offending.
The convictions, based on bizarre claims of satanic rituals, torture and sacrifice, have long been controversial due to failures in the investigation and justice processes used.
Ellis was released from prison in 2000, after serving seven years for abusing seven children at the Christchurch Civic Childcare Centre in 1991.

Last night we observed a new record in terms of the amount of military helo’s up - 68 of them. Keep in mind we only see about 10% of them and that the normal number is 6-8 on any given day. In addition to this activity, we also had the “sniffer” helo up over the same AO (Area of Operation).
“Let’s take a closer look at the sniffer activity. As you can see it is over the same AO - with the exception of ONE flight near the airport, which IMO appears to be a maintenance check.
The more I watch this activity, the more I am convinced they are looking for Club K’s. I say this because I can eliminate several factors just by the areas in which they are all flying as well as the flight patterns, speeds, and altitudes. Let’s break it down further:
Flights are not over riot areas - they are in wooded, rural, and water areas
They continue to search near and around bodies of water
They would not be broadcasting if they were doing arrests
So we can eliminate riots, arrests, and suitcase nukes (for the most part).
Lastly, given the very peculiar activity when POTUS was traveling the other day in the fact we had almost the entire fleet of AF1, AF2 plus the sea of airborne commands all up at the same time indicates the threat level is very high to POTUS, VPOTUS and FLOTUS. Prayer up for them all as I suspect this will only increase between now and November.
