Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

On the 7th day of largely peaceful protests over the death of George Floyd, tear gas and flash grenades were deployed against protesters outside the White House as military helicopters swept low over the streets.
Each county should get an electoral vote. County lines are fixed and cannot be changed without 2/3 majority vote in BOTH state Houses. Fixed. Next question.

POTUS might start with a somewhat non-official - but close to the Chinese ruling power - go-between (cut out) to establish an unofficial avenue of communication. Lay some of his evidence cards on the table and let them respond. If in the exchanges China accuses the USA ask them to show their proof. If any American is implicated then prosecute them... back and forth, but not at such an official level that forceful response might be required.
Just an idea to avoid fast escalation. It has been done before.
