How the hell can they enforce a lockdown for 3 months, and absolutely nobody was on the streets, but cannot clear the streets of NYC during these riots?

Good morning, Judy. You are welcome. So far in the Syracuse area there have been peaceful protests and one protest turned into dance party 7 hours later.
A dance party? Those poor protesters. Well, we are mourn in different ways. Some loot, some dance, some beat people up, and others light fires.
