Instrument Landing System.
It’s for when the landing strip or airfield in total can’t be seen with the eyeballs because of weather (fog, heavy snow, etc).
So, the pilot has to rely exclusively on the instruments to give him the “glide path” or proper approach to the airfield and make sure he’s properly aligned with the runway.
The instruments also tell the pilot his elevation and speed over ground (and airspeed which are sometimes different because of wind) as well as his rate of altitude decline so that he can stay on that glide path and touch down where he needs to be to land on that runway without stalling, over shooting, etc.
So, TLDR version:
It’s landing an aircraft without being able to see outside the aircraft.

My read on that:
Q told us early on what we’re all seeing happen now. The derps will keep trying to drag this rona out as long as possible and force through comprehensive national mail-in voting only because “the virus!”.
And Q let us know that the powers that be are aware of the derp plans and have a counter setup.
This makes sense for them (the derps) to try because the remainder of their voter fraud machinery has already been neutralized through the 2016, 2018 and special elections stings on voter fraud.
Stings the msm isn’t telling us about so can’t possibly have happened, in the minds of standard issue Black Pill dispensers.

One way or another, if Sessions wins the run off then POTUS will HAVE to support him. What’s he going to do? Endorse the Democrat? Sessions winning the run off would require a lot of walking back on Trump’s part.
So on the surface it appears that, if Sessions wins the run off, Trump will have painted himself into a corner because failed to look ahead and consider that Sessions might win - except that Trump never paints himself into a corner and is too smart not to have foreseen that possibility. So Lisa Mei Crowley’s theory on why POTUS would engage in such an ostensibly politically risky squabble when he could have taken a lower profile regarding the race is as good as any I can think of at the moment.

Anyway, I was on for a few minutes earlier today and it went off again. So I won't be posting much.
Ran across a twitter feed that said China went dark today(not sure of when today was) at 3pm and showed the city allegedly of Beijing very dark —then lots of flares of light sort a like lighting but not sure.
Reading that China and Indian Armies are having disputes and hostilities along the border. China appears to be building some barracks and has apparently occupied some territory that even China had in the past acknowledged belonged to India.
Reading that UK, Canada, and Australia have issued joint statement warning China of it's agreement regarding Hong Kong to give them autonomy.
Congress Critters have unanimously approved legislation involving China/USA Stock Exchange. Also some legislation related to Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act-Pompeo has until May 31, 2020 to issues his findings - if he finds violations of Hong Kong rights—severe sanctions.
Now ordinarily, this would seem to be reasonable response to geo-political dispute. However, I am suspicious of anything that Congress Critters agree on 100? And I wonder if this will be another distraction to delay yet again the wheels of Justice? I sure hope Q gives us some clues on the China thing.
So anyway, if the net is on tomorrow, I'm going to try to catch up and make sense of stuff—for now signing out.

As I said, many lawyers at a big firm are going to be lefties. Those in DC and NY are likely to be derps. But did you notice the return address for the letter seems to be Barcelona? The mere fact that Latham is among the papers in this photo tells us nothing about Latham. I am not trying to defend them because they are lawyer’s, I’ve never liked Latham. They are overpriced and arrogant. But I’m not aware of them being one of those go to firms for the deep state, like Perkins is.
