Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

I agree this accuser seems believable.
I read it as someone who contacted "John" with the information.
Last week I attempted to find other sources to confirm or refute any part of the material, and all I could find was that Sullivan is extremely secretive about his family.
Sullivan's actions today (hiring a personal attorney) make it appear he's really got his tit in a wringer (i.e., badly compromised).

If he keeps this up, he is going to need a lawyer. A criminal defense lawyer.
I suppose the derps would take special care to wipe any mention of his dirtbag child molester son of their pocket judge, if he had one.
I wonder if any REAL researchers can find mention of the son on the internet.

And, it seems to me from his comments, a technical expert in the area of eavesdropping as well as perhaps other talents. Had to laugh at comments about looking for a second recording device, but I don’t think it would take much to trick these derps as long as you talked the talk. They already think everyone with a brain sees the world as they do so confirmation bias makes them trust people. Just look as how Imran Awan stole the cookies right out of their ovens.
And as someone else said, this isn’t about the appeal, it’s about da judge. The lawyer he hired, Beth Wilkinson is a former prosecutor (OKC bomber) and is a trial lawyer, not the kind of specialist you’d want to argue the fine points of law in front of an appeals court. He in trouble. I hope.
