Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

Keeping an open mind means quite literally your mind is open. Open to OTHER truths. In this case, we have white hat v. black hat. Two opposing theories.
One cannot believe shades of either theory in this case. Either Trump set this thing in motion himself, with RR and/or Mueller working with him, or he didn't.
The motivations of RR have no bearing in the matter. He did or he didn't. He's a doobee or a dontbee.
Okay, gotta eat my Taco Bell and watch Survivor. Fun talk.

He was asked by a reporter and said that he did wear a mask in an area of the plant where the Ford Company preferred it, but there was no press in that area. Then was asked if he wore “goggles” and he answered affirmatively, although he might possibly have been referring to a full plastic face shield.
In the area where he was being questioned he did not have a mask on, and said that he was given the option to wear one or not in that area. He also said that he didn’t need it in that area, as he was tested today as well as others who were in his vicinity. When asked about how the others (executives standing behind him) were wearing masks, he said it was their choice.

He doesn’t need a mask... the virus can’t live longer than a minute in warm weather and he takes HCQ :)

Plus, he’s about 20 feet from the nearest person. And he’s not sneezing, coughing, or spitting when he talks. So, no problem.
I am pretty much anti-mask too, except in rare instances.
And here was the bright spot in that very rainy day.
