Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.

I think Barr is calming the waters for the reelection of Trump in Nov. No Name and GWHB were tried for treason by the military without public knowledge. That seems to be the template for high level black hat players. Just my .02 cents. Trust the plan.
No Criminal investigation. Because what they did, was beyond criminal is was treason. Military Tribunals for them? Declared enemy combatants? The whole little dialogue between Lindsey that wants to stay out of the brig and now Justice Kavanaugh.

But the government uses a documents tracking system and the FISA court would have had to play along with back dating.
The dates on the documents have been treated as if reliable by the white hats. If the Deep State could, so many documents would have been back filled and yet they weren’t, because of that tracking system.

I think this is right...IMHO anyway...When Our President gets re elected, then your going to see a lot of things happen...right now, my opinion, they should be going after the press...knock them out, so we can get good reporting on what is really happening...

You raise good points. What if RR signed it so he could stay part of the club? Remember they did not trust Rod Roh.... Then Rod Roh retires and Barr and Sessions were all palsy with him.
RR retired May 11, 2019.
Sessions replaced as AG on Nov 7, 2018.
Wray was also there. Something was going on there and I can’t put my finger on it.

Sessions left when he could do so without triggering the succession and RR becoming AG. If RR was a white hat, and Sessions had erred in some way, POTUS could have fired Sessions, and had RR as AG still supervising the Mueller investigation but he didn’t. Acting AG Whitaker couldn’t supervise the Mueller investigation - the sham didn’t end until Barr could take office and force Mueller and RR out.
Q gave us a drop wherein Barr asks Mueller why he continued his investigation while knowing that the Steele dossier upon which it was based, was not a reliable document.
Barr would have also asked RR the same question, in addition to asking, “Why didn’t you recuse yourself knowing you had signed the FISA?” And then Barr force both out a about a month after he took office.
The party for RR doesn’t mean they liked him - otherwise when POTUS gave Comey a hug, it would mean something too. President Trump and the First Lady finally revealed how they really felt about the den of thieves they’d smiled at, shook hands with, had to socialize with at this year’s SOTU. The party for RR was a PR party; President Trump has worked for a stable government while he removes key parts of it.
THere’s no way RR could be a white hat and testify against people he supervised, especially since he ethically and legally compromised himself by signing the FISA and then didn’t recuse himself. He committed treasonous crimes.
This gave us all a 2 year delay - imagine where we’d be right now if Sessions hadn’t been forced to recuse! This is just part of what has been “taking so long.”
